The first cleaning ALWAYS takes the longest as we bring your home up to maintenance level. How much longer? The length truly depends on several factors, some of those factors are the number of pets, kids or people living in the home, the level of buildup, decorating style, and the size of your home. Having recurring services helps us maintain your home beautifully and keeps the time length and costs down for you.

Generally, we don’t offer refunds. Our commitment is to do the job right the first time or to provide a second visit at no charge if we miss anything.

The price is based on the size of the office and the frequency of the service.

No, you are free to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning at any time.

Yes, all team members have uniform with the logo of the company.

Two to three people will clean your office. Team size depends on the size and condition of your office.

It is up to you! We have all the situations, and we leave that option for you decided what makes you more comfortable.

  1. You may meet the cleaner.
  2. You may leave a key at some place you want to, under the mat, or on the mailbox.
  3. You may leave a key on file in our key safe.

It will be stored in a locked key storage box to which only the owner has access. The day of your scheduled cleaning, your key is matched to your order. At the end of the day, the service provider returns all keys to the manager, who then places them back into the secured storage box.

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning service.

Unfortunately, accidents do occur occasionally. Our insurance carriers will handle any major losses, while we usually handle minor mishaps directly.

Amazing! We customized our cleaning services for every needs. But if you need any additional work the day of your cleaning services many times, we can fit it in. If not, we’ll be happy to schedule another day.

Each home is unique, because of the home’s specific needs, it may take more or less time for us to clean your home compared to your neighbors. Without cleaning the space first, it can be very difficult to estimate how long it will take as our lifestyle and habits dictate how our homes are kept, and everyone is very different.

We can provide services as often as you would like. We are happy to provide services weekly, biweekly, monthly or sporadically. Some clients request cleaning services for special events or move in and move out services.

For commercial clients we can provide services either during the workday or after hours – whichever best suits you.

For residential clients we ask the payment after we finish the cleaning services. Some clients leave money inside an envelope, or check, or use Zelle, whatever you decided.

For commercial clients we send an invoice each month, and you can send a check or transfer between accounts, or credit card.
